Our 1 carat package: $500.00

            This package is for the bride and groom that just need a little help at the ceremony, but have done all the planning themselves. (Ceremony’s ONLY)

Consultations starting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding

• day - of time line (vendors and bridal party)

• 4 hrs of wedding management on your wedding day,

• ceremony management (let everyone know when to walk down the aisle, etc.)

• Confirm the placement of all the items at the ceremony

• unlimited phone and email consultations

Our 5 carat package: $750.00

This package is for the bride and groom that decide to do most of the planning themselves, but need help on the day of the Event. (Ceremony’s and Receptions.)

Consultations starting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding

• day - of time line (vendors and bridal party)

• 8 hrs of wedding management on your wedding day, this includes the reception.

• pin boutonnières and hand out bouquets

• distribute final payments to vendors

• ceremony management (let everyone know when to walk down the aisle, etc.)

• contact vendors that are late and answer vendor's questions at the reception

• Confirm the placement of all the items at the ceremony and reception (cake, flowers, etc.)

• unlimited phone and email consultations

Our 10 carat package: $ 1000.00

      This package is another package for the bride and groom that have decided to do most of the planning themselves but need help managing the actual event.

• Consultations starting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding

• day - of time line (vendors and bridal party)8 hrs of wedding management on your wedding day, this includes the reception

• . pin boutonnieres and hand out bouquets

• distribute final payments to vendors

• ceremony management (let everyone know when to walk down the aisle, etc.)

Our 15 carat package: $2000.00

        This is our smallest full planning package. This is designed to help with your stress level.

•    create budget

• prepare budget worksheet

• determine priorities and preferences

• vendor assistance

• assist in locating ceremony and reception venue

• supply you with resources for bridal and groom attire

• meet at ceremony and receptions locations to discuss wedding day activities

• provide spreadsheet of vendor payments

• confirm vends and review services

• direct wedding rehearsal;(1 hour)

• review arrival info with wedding party

• coordinators attendance (up to 8 hrs.)

• coordinate all vendors

• distribute final payments to unpaid vendors

• coordinate bridal party and ceremony

• greet any late arriving guests

• Keep activities on schedule

• assist DJ

• unlimited email and phone consultations

• meetings with bride and groom to discuss details through out the process

• review all vendor contracts

• etiquette guidelines

• small rental item picks up and return

• assist with ceremony music

Our 20 carat package: $ 3500.00

This is a more in depth package. You will receive all of the services in the above packages and these additional services

• assistance in theme and color selection

• assistance in choosing and ordering invitations

• overseeing setup and tear down

• arranging accommodations for out of town guests

• arrange and distribute welcome baskets for out of town guests

• seating arrangements

• accessory placement (cake knife and toasting flutes) arrange transportation

• collect programs, unity candle, and guest book from bride at rehearsal.

• manage and oversee all vendors

• tear down, thank you notes and all final payments

• write and submit engagement announcements

• write and submit wedding announcements

• assist with favors, and bridal gifts for party

• distribute and place favors and gifts

• place card printing and placement

• return items to florist, baker, etc after reception

• deliver wedding dress to cleaner for preservations

• return grooms tuxedo and accessories

• arrange and coordinate bridal luncheon

• arrange and coordinate spa luncheon
